Hello CASLI,
Putting together this AGM has made me feel like Dr. Frankenstein; the AGM is my monster.
Thank you for your support and input. CASLI is only as good as its members.
Much like the monster, there will always be aspects that people disagree with. I am sorry if this decision (for the AGM) was not what you had supported. It is time to let the monster rest and recover while the AGM is engineered to get through these final nine motions.
Voting for the 2020-2022 Board of Directors will take place between Wednesday, December 9 to Friday, December 11, 2020. Please see www.casliagm. com for your local times that voting will be open. For each time zone, voting will be open for 72 consecutive hours.

A six-digit code that is unique to you. Please do not share this with other members unless you have assigned a representative to cast your absentee ballot. If you need to retrieve your code, please email mal1@casli.ca.
A link to the form to submit your votes. This form will become active when the polls have opened.
Over the weekend of December 12-13, volunteers will tally the votes. These volunteers have no affiliation with any business of CASLI or the Board of Directors. This will allow for votes to be entirely anonymous, though the Board of Directors and CASLI will have access to the submissions if they need to be audited. The election results will be announced on Monday, December 14, 2020.
The 2020 AGM will be considered as completed on October 25, 2020. The procedural motions (e.g. CASLI finances) and two new business items were carried, which has satisfied the federal law.
